Protecting Constitutional Rights
Charles L. Stambaugh, Esq., is an experienced attorney in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Admitted to all Florida state courts and the Middle and Northern Federal Districts, he has pursued state immunity and religious rights issues at Florida’s 1st District Court of Appeals and the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
A local resident since 1986, Mr. Stambaugh married Camilla Sims, a native of Jacksonville, in 1990. With three grown daughters, he has continued to invest his time on children’s issues, both as a Guardian ad litum and board member of the Youth Crisis Center, serving as Chairman of the Board in 2011. The Stambaughs attend the Church of Our Savior in Jacksonville Beach, FL, an Anglican church they helped found in 2006.
Attorney Stambaugh is supported by ADF (Alliance Defending Freedom) in defending an individual’s 1st Amendment freedom of religion against government intrusion or denial. The international ADF consists of Christian attorneys dedicated to preserving traditional values and practices. Many of the current victories before the U.S. Supreme Court were won by ADF attorneys, often in opposition to organizations such as the ACLU.
Practice areas include: FAPE-Free and Appropriate Public Education
Our goal at Stambaugh & Associates is to supply information to those with questions, concerns, and frustrations. I will begin a blog that discusses legal cases related to recent court decisions. After some time, the goal will be to publish the blog collection in book form.
